If you experience a technical problem we are unable to resolve, you may be eligible for a refund. Refund requests must be made within the eligibility window described at checkout.

Refunds are not typically provided where the issue is caused by your own internet connection, an unsupported device, or a change of mind after the service has been confirmed working.

4. How to request a refund

6. Lifetime plans

Lifetime plans are covered by the same eligibility rules. Because they represent significant long-term value, we especially encourage testing via a free trial first.
